Happy belated 💓Valentine’s Day💓!

I hope you treated yourself extra special!

I used to have high expectations of others on Valentine’s Day. I tried to make sure they did what I needed so I would feel good about myself. I didn’t realize this was what was going on, that was under the surface. It sounded more like, “if you loved me, you would have remembered it was Valentine’s Day!!!”

Thankfully, I’ve gotten over myself by fixing my limiting beliefs and now every day is how I choose to experience it for good or not so good, I’m in control.

I don’t know about you, but I like to be in control.

When I thought others controlled how I felt, it was hard to not get upset with them when I didn’t feel good.

But now, if I’m not happy, I know how to switch it, so I am happy. 😊
