I had the amazing opportunity to attend a 4-day mastermind outside of Dallas this year with Oprah’s man, Stedman Graham.

Stedman wanted me to tell you that you can’t lead others until you learn to lead yourself. How do you lead yourself? You become the best version of yourself. How do you do that? You study self-development and learn and grow and surround yourself with people who are where you want to be. You get a coach or mentor and you try to improve each day. You figure out your purpose and live it with passion.

I loved his advice! And, I’m excited to share that I’ve found the shortcut to leading myself and I want to tell you about it!

The shortcut to leading yourself and living your best life not only has to do with your conscious mind, but your 1 million times more powerful subconscious mind that according to scientists controls what you attract and what you manifest, and what you create in your life.

Trying to lead yourself is great and the shortcut, programming your subconscious mind for success, is even better!
